Classes start again on Monday. I went to the site to see the schedule- GEEBERS! I have assignments due every day except day one! Seriously. You have to be logged into class 4-5 days a week, and each one has an assignment due-PLUS you have to read and critique at least 2 other student's work and respond to all the the comments you recieved from the rest of the class.
Last semester was easy, but this one is difficult for me. It's all about computers. (Some will say that's easy, but I am self taught)
I will be learning how to use my CS4 software (good thing) but having assignments due that quickly is going to be a bear for me. (bad thing). Still I am determined to get a 4.0 this course too- I really want to make honor roll so I can qualify for more scholarships. Funny, I could have cared less in High School and graduated because I went to the prom with my Math teacher's son. (long story) NOW i have to work twice as hard to make up the score in my transcripts. Can't believe how stupid I was then!!!

My first ad came out in the paper today! (I was gifted with 3 weeks of ads free when I joined the Chamber of Commerce) It's in black and white, but still looks pretty good.
I haven't seen the ones from the area paper yet- they come out a little later. Now I pray I will not only get business, but be able to stay in my home and pay the bills while waiting for said business to come.

I didn't get to go to the drum circle event today My friends came up for it, but it started raining so we went to get something to eat with the idea of waiting to see if it cleared. Well the driver had problems with his car- it had to be pushed to start (new battery too) and he wanted me to help push it. I tried, but my leg just wouldn't let me. So you have this really big guy sitting in the car while his roommate (female) pushes the car. It didn't work so he tells me to get behind the wheel while he pushes. I told him I can't drive a stick- don't know how and physically can't anyway. He barks orders at me and tells me to put my foot on the clutch. I didn't know what it was quite frankly. All i saw was 3 peddles. he yells some more and so i try what he says to do- now all this time we are in a parking lot- with cars and a large tractor trailer. i was told not to steer, not to do anything but put my foot on the clutch until he said let go then put it back on when the car started. nothing about when to let go or anything. I prayed we wouldn't hit anything (Thank you Lord we didn't) anyway- the car starts and I took my foot off the clutch and used the emergency brake to stop (he said this after the first time failed) well the car died. again. I didn't know to keep my foot on the clutch after it started- esp since i had to get out of the car so he could get into it to drive. (can't drive one myself remember?) so he gets all snarky with me and starts yelling. The other friend gets tired of this (he does stuff like this every time they come over because he has this insane need to be right all the time) and says they are going home. I had suggested we just go get my car and she was like no- we need to leave. Needless to say- the day was ruined. (It kind of reminded me of a mom that had to take a tanturm throwing kid out of the store.) Strange day indeed.

Not sure how much I will be posting after Monday. It all depends on how the class goes. I am up for a full ride scholarship but its at a different college. If awarded I will be dual enrolled- taking business classes at the full ride while working towards my degree at the art institiute. This in addition to running my face art business- mostly on weekends.

Speaking of which- I can make a good living if I can get a min of 3, two hour bookings a week, or one 6 hour booking at the same rate. This would work out perfect for school, bills, and obligations. It would also allow me to send some into the mission field. Please pray this blessing for me. It would be so great to be debt-free and doing something for the Lord.
I also am asking for prayer for boldness. I want to "Dare to be a Daniel".
